37.5 hours. £40,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
As one of the county’s leading independent grant makers, we help hundreds of local charities, community causes and people across the county every year and we have ambitious plans to do even more. We have a strong track record in promoting philanthropy, responding to needs in the community and growing our donor and fund base.
The Head of Development is responsible for securing significant new funds from individuals, families and business supporters. The successful candidate will lead a small team delivering our philanthropic development work and ensure we are best placed to address long-term community need.

Grants & Programmes Officer
37.5 hours. £25,000 – £29,000 FTE (dependent on experience)
We’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with knowledge and experience of the issues facing children and young people, to join our expanding team. This role will ensure efficient and effective administration of a portfolio of grant making funds that address inequalities across Cumbria. You will also develop and maintain relationships with donors and fundholders.
