Rural Service is a Lifeline
Northern Fells Group has received nearly £70,000 in grant aid over the past seven years. It provides an important service to residents in the parishes North of Skiddaw and Blencathra.
The activities they provide ensure people feel connected and supported. The minibus service has improved access to local services. Residents have enjoyed meeting their neighbours at social functions and getting involved through the lunch club and drop in sessions.
