Michael lives in Cleator Moor with his family and has a strong passion for making lasting, positive change across Cumbria.

He has spent many years working with young people, an experience that has shaped his commitment to community development and supporting others to reach their potential.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid football fan who particularly enjoys following Carlisle United and travelling to different cities to watch matches. He also enjoys travelling more generally and has a keen interest in music
