The Fun Day Set Up is an organised process with vehicles and equipment arriving on site by prior arrangement.

Key Tasks:
• Mark out site pitches
• Escort and direct deliveries, contractors, activities & food concessions onto the park
• Prepare ride control ready for enquiries and man radios
• Prepare registration area ready for opening at 4pm
 
The Fun Day site will be planned out to show where all equipment, activities and food stands will be sited.  This will then need marked out before they arrive to ensure the site plan is adhered to.

It is important that all vehicles are met at the gate of the park and escorted in and out, as there will be a lot of activity taking place. There will also be other event staff and members of the public using and passing through the park and it is paramount that we ensure the safety of all.
