The Feed Stations around the various routes are there to ensure the riders have a chance to restock their water and food supplies.

Key Tasks:
• Hand out food and drink to riders
• Administer First Aid in case of emergencies
• Keeping radio contact with Fitz Park

The Feed stations are situated at strategic important points during the ride and tend to be busy at certain times.
 
It is important that riders have access to water and food during the event in order to make their experience as good as possible.

We are hoping to have one trained First Aider per feed station, who can deal with minor injuries.

Every feed station will also be supplied with a radio to keep in touch with Ride Control at Fitz Park.
