Gabi is a third‑sector professional with 25 years of experience working across the UK and overseas.

A participatory leadership practitioner, facilitator, and host, she is committed to creating spaces where collaboration, experimentation, and synergy can thrive. She currently serves as a Manager at Cumbria CVS, bringing her deep knowledge of the VCFSE sector to strengthen community-led initiatives.

Gabi also contributes her expertise to the Furness Grants Panel Committee, supporting fair, thoughtful, and impactful local funding decisions. Privately mum of two, avid hiker who likes stripy clothes and reading good old books.
