Crofton Trust Fund

Grants to support community projects to improve the knowledge of the public about agriculture, forestry and the countryside.
Funded by part of the proceeds of the dissolution of the Crofton Charitable Trust.

Who can apply?
Voluntary and community groups

Examples of activities supported:
• support for conferences
• contribution towards a lecture series
• field days
• scholarships and bursaries
• support to practical demonstration projects

What the fund will not support:
• computers
• expeditions
• photocopiers
• promotion of religious doctrine
• vehicle purchase costs

How much can you apply for?
There will be no maximum or minimum grant, but the average grant is expected to be £500.
