Celebrity Chef John Crouch and Herb Specialist Helen Shipton will be providing demonstrations.
Cindy Hoten will be providing entertainment.
There will also be interactive stands where people can visit for free, these include: Boots Health checks, computers, smoothie bike, physiotherapy, bike rides, men in sheds and more.
The whole day will focus on the health and wellbeing of older people and lunch is provided.
