Abbey Singers Concert

The Abbey Singers will be in Christmas mood with magnificent and moving music from the 18th Century right up to today. The choir members have decided unanimously to “pay to sing”, funding the cost of this concert – some £800 – from their own pockets, so that tickets for the audience will be free. Donations will be taken on the evening to be given to the Carlisle Flood Relief Fund. All proceeds from the concert will be donated by The Abbey Singers to the fund.
The concert takes place at St Michael’s, in Stanwix, Carlisle, at 7.30pm.
