Cath currently provides consultancy with Cumbria Social Enterprise Partnership and supports the youth team at Carnegie Theatre.

She previously led the Holiday Activity and Food Programme across Cumbria and prior to that was CEO for 18 years at Cumbria Youth Alliance.

Before arriving in Cumbria in 1988, Cath spent 10 years oversees working and teaching in a variety of settings.
