The daughter of Fred Story, Emma has had first-hand experience of responding to rapid growth within the Story Contracting business group as Head of Operations.

She is actively engaged in local philanthropy work in Cumbria, being the Vice Chair of Carlisle Mind, a member of Carlisle and Eden Violent Crime and Disorder Task Group, and Committee Member/Joint Chair of Kirkbampton Preschool.
