Place Based Services (PBS) provide older people and vulnerable adults with activities, services and support that help them to remain independent at home.

The services are provided by charitable organisations and volunteers, working in local communities. Volunteers work to help people with their shopping, settling them back at home after a period in hospital, preparing food, light cleaning and picking up prescriptions – all of which makes life much easier for our clients, and helps to rebuild their confidence.
