How to give: Membership

Corporate Membership

A corporate member is a company or business that makes an annual donation to support the work of the Foundation. Membership provides a cost effective way for your business to give something back to the local community.

The Community Foundation has a growing body of members who are ultimately our governing body. We always welcome new members who make an annual donation. It can be a first step to finding out more about our work or a simple way to help the community.

Donations are used to support our grant making and operational activity.

By becoming a member of the Foundation you can be assured that your support will be of value to your local community.

The benefits for you include:

  • invitations to special events
  • a framed membership certificate
  • regular newsletters and annual reviews detailing our work
  • professional assistance in planning your charitable giving
