Membership support contributed to 1,550 grants to people and projects throughout the county worth £2.36m in 2010/11.

• £153,000 was spent distributing 1500 ‘grab bags’ to flood affected properties in the county.
• Securing £1.5m in permanent long term funds and,
• A legacy in excess of £1.2m which will create a permanent fund to help young people in Cumbria forever

Despite this demands on our funds far exceed our ability to meet them, therefore support is most valuable.
